Using Luxpaze

These terms govern access to and use of the Luxpaze marketplace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Marketplace role

Luxpaze operates a marketplace connecting customers and independent vendors. Unless a product page states otherwise, the vendor is responsible for the product listing, stock, quality, authenticity, fulfilment, and legally required product information.

Luxpaze may moderate listings, suspend accounts, assist with disputes, and enforce platform rules, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every vendor listing will be error-free.

Orders, prices, and payment

An order is subject to stock availability, vendor acceptance, fraud and validation checks, and successful payment where payment is required.

Prices, taxes, fees, discounts, and delivery charges shown at checkout form part of the order summary. Luxpaze recalculates the total on the server before accepting an order.

The current platform default adds a 3% customer service fee at checkout. Luxpaze expects Paystack's planned 1.95% payment-processing cost to be paid from that fee when Paystack is enabled, with the remaining portion retained by Luxpaze. A fixed GHS 0.50 successful transaction fee is deducted from eligible vendor proceeds unless a seller-specific schedule applies.

Electronic payment options may be provided by Paystack or another approved payment provider. Where provider split settlement or subaccounts are enabled, the provider may settle the vendor portion directly to the vendor payout account and settle Luxpaze's fee portion separately.

By choosing an electronic payment method, you also agree to the relevant provider terms shown or linked during checkout.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform or interfere with other users.

• Do not impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not upload illegal, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive content.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service except through authorised testing.
• Do not use reviews, support, or listings for spam, harassment, fraud, or transactions that evade platform rules.

Content and intellectual property

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Luxpaze a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the marketplace.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any product image, logo, review, message, or other content you submit.

Suspension and termination

Luxpaze may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated policy violations, harmful conduct, or protection of users and the platform.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Luxpaze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, vendor-controlled product defects, or events outside reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Nothing in them removes a consumer or data-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Formal notices may be sent through the Help Centre or published support email.
